Our mission

Email is how a business gets paid, wins work and keeps its customers. Yet for most businesses, it is a black box. They send, and they hope.

Our mission is to end the hoping. We want every business, big or small, to know for sure that its email gets through, and that its name can't be used to fool the people who trust it.

Why we built it

senderframework.com was built by people who have spent years in the email business. Over and over, we saw good businesses lose customers, payments and trust to email problems they never knew they had.

The problems were rarely big. They were small details, hidden out of sight, that even skilled experts missed. And they changed over time, so a setup that was right one year was wrong the next. Nobody was watching.

So we built the thing we wished every business had: someone watching their email, every day, who tells them in plain words what is wrong and what to do.

What we believe

• Plain words, always. You shouldn't need to be an expert to understand your own email. We explain things the way you'd explain them to a friend.
• No false alarms. If we couldn't check something, we say so. We never tell you that you're in trouble when we just couldn't see.
• Never make things worse. Every change we suggest starts from what you already have. We never hand you something that takes away protection you already have.
• Every day, not once. Email changes. One check, once, is not enough. We watch every day, so you don't have to.
• Your trust is the point. We don't sell your data, and our emails don't track you. We hold ourselves to the same standard we help you reach.
